Join audio files

Join audio files into one track: songs for a mix, audiobook chapters, a row of voice notes. Your files stay on your device and never reach our server.

MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG and more

Your privacy comes first

Your contracts, passport scans and family videos stay yours. No one but you gets to see them.

  • We never store your files

They don’t even reach us: your phone or computer does the work. Nothing to delete later.

  • 100% free

No daily limits, no file-size cap, no paid Pro plan.

  • No sign-up

No account to create, no email to give. No account, nothing to hack.

How it works

  1. Add the filesChoose two or more at once, up to 50.
  2. Set the orderDrag a track by ⠿ or use the arrows.
  3. Save itPress Save audio to get one MP3, or pick another format first.

Merge MP3 files into one, or combine any audio

One file is easier to play, send and keep than a folder of pieces. A long drive gets one continuous mix, a chat takes one attachment instead of ten, and an audiobook plays straight through.

Combine songs in any order

  • Join 2 to 50 files. MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC and OGG can share one list.
  • Drag a track by ⠿, move it with the arrows, or sort the whole list by name.
  • Remove a track with ×, or add more at any time.
  • The total length of the result is shown and updates as you go.

Crossfade between songs

Transitions are off at first, so every track plays in full. Switch on Smooth transitions, and each track fades into the next over 0.5 to 5 seconds (2 seconds suits most songs). The result gets shorter by each overlap. For speech, leave transitions off so that no words are lost.

Join MP3 without re-encoding

When every file is an MP3 with the same sample rate and channels, and transitions are off, the files are joined as they are. Nothing is encoded again, so it takes seconds and the sound is untouched. The page tells you when that’s the case. Otherwise all tracks are encoded into one file with the first track’s sample rate and channels.

Formats and settings

  • MP3 by default; M4A, WAV, FLAC or OGG on request.
  • Behind the gear: MP3 quality and the sample rate (as the first file, 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz stereo).
  • M4A needs a browser with an AAC encoder, such as Chrome or Safari.
  • Free and with no account. The only limit is 50 files per join.
  • Tracks of very different loudness? Even them out in the audio volume tool first.
