Rearrange PDF pages

Rearrange PDF pages on one screen: drag them into a new order, turn the sideways ones, delete what you don’t need. The file stays yours; we never receive or keep it.

One PDF file, any size

Your privacy comes first

Your contracts, passport scans and family videos stay yours. No one but you gets to see them.

  • We never store your files

They don’t even reach us: your phone or computer does the work. Nothing to delete later.

  • 100% free

No daily limits, no file-size cap, no paid Pro plan.

  • No sign-up

No account to create, no email to give. No account, nothing to hack.

How it works

  1. Choose a PDFEvery page of the file appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Move, turn, deleteDrag pages into place. Select pages to rotate or delete them.
  3. Save the PDFYou get a new PDF with the pages as you left them.

How to reorder PDF pages

You see the whole document at once, so a jumbled scan, a report with a stray cover page or a form whose second page ended up last is fixed in a minute. The pages are copied into the new file unchanged, and the original stays as it was.

Move pages

Drag a thumbnail to its new place; the others make room. On a touch screen, press and hold a page for a moment before you drag. On a computer, Alt and the arrow keys move the page that has focus.

Select several pages

  • Click or tap a page to select it, and again to clear it.
  • Shift-click selects every page between two clicks.
  • Select all, or Ctrl+A (Cmd+A on a Mac), takes the whole file. Then clear the few pages you want to keep.

Rotate or delete

With pages selected, the buttons turn them left or right, or delete them. Each thumbnail also has its own buttons for a single page. A turn is added to the page’s own rotation, so what you see is what any viewer will show.

Add a blank page

Add a blank page after the selected page, or at the end of the file. It takes the size of the page next to it. Handy for a page to write on or to keep double-sided printing in step.

Undo and keyboard

  • Undo and Redo step through every change until you save.
  • Arrows move between pages, Space selects, R rotates, Delete removes.

Limits

  • One PDF at a time. To bring in pages from another file, combine the files first with Merge PDF.
  • At least one page has to stay.
  • No page limit and no file-size cap from us: a long file only needs free memory on the device.
  • Save turns on after the first change: a move, a turn, a deleted or an added page.
  • A file that asks for a password to open has to be unlocked first.
